Interview
Was called in for a group interview, was presented a video about the collections process, what to expect while working there. Afterwards was directed for an for individual interview. The entire process lasted 2 hours, interviewing manager was really nice, but unsure of the next step said their might be a couple more interviews to follow wasnt sure since he was pulled at the last minute from his team to conduct the interview.
pretty fast seems that both ladies were in a bit of a rush. i was told i was over qualified and didn't seem to understand why i wanted to change companies
The interview process was positive. Each interviewer made the conversation feel "human". Not only were they engaged in understanding my background, they were also professional. Potentially one of the better interviews I've experienced.

Tell me about a time you had to resolve a team conflict.
Great and productive, would recommend. Awesome company. Interview was a total breeze. The interview was very nice and made me feel comfortable. It seemed like a great culture fit. The rest of the team was the same way.
