I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bank of America in Aug 2011
Interview
I applied online and completed a skills test. A couple of days later I received an email, inviting me to take part in a phone interview with a recruiter. I scheduled a day and time. The phone interview went well, it was strictly business (why did you leave, what did you enjoy most, what did you enjoy least, tell me about a stressful situation, etc.) and the recruiter was pleasant. At the end of the phone interview I was invited to meet for a one on one interview with the manager at the branch I was applying for. I scheduled a day and time with the recruiter. The interview with the manager went well, she was very nice and asked similar questions as the recruiter. The manager told me a little bit more about the position and job responsibilities and allowed me to ask questions. At the end of the interview she said that she would recommend me for the position and that I would hear back from the recruiter in a couple of days. I did. I was offered the job a few days later and received tons of emails with tasks that I had to do before my start date. One of which, was getting fingerprinted. It was a pretty easy process.

I applied online. I interviewed at Bank of America (Wheaton, MD)
Interview
The first conversation was over the phone with the recruiter. Then they connected me with a branch manager for an in person interview. I had a third interview at another location an then got the job offer.
It was short. I did a phone interview and the. I did an in-person interview. It was short. Phone then in person. It was short. First phone, then in person.
The interview was very straightforward and simple, they didn’t ask too many unusual questions and the questions they did ask were easy to answer. The total time was less than an hour, and I was able to make another appointment by the end of the workday.
