The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Baltimore Aircoil (Jessup, MD) in Apr 2026
Interview
The first interview was a standard phone screening. The HR generalist asked questions about my related experience, previous roles, and what I knew about BAC. She promptly scheduled a second interview with the hiring manager for the following week. My second interview was cancelled a few days later. She let me know they had already extended an offer to another candidate. At least they didn't waste my time with a second interview but it would've been great to actually complete the interview process, rather then their method of not giving qualified applicants a chance at all.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Baltimore Aircoil (Jessup, MD) in Oct 2025
Interview
Interviewers are very friendly, just like a causal chat. They also gave response quickly. I would say it was one of my best interview experiences. I would definitely recommend this place.
The interview process was a little rigorous. Phone interview followed by a lengthy in person interview that included a tour of the plant. Final step was a teams interview with corporate HR.
