      Marketing Associate Interview

      19 Apr 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Jessup, MD
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Baltimore Aircoil (Jessup, MD) in Apr 2026

      Interview

The first interview was a standard phone screening. The HR generalist asked questions about my related experience, previous roles, and what I knew about BAC. She promptly scheduled a second interview with the hiring manager for the following week. My second interview was cancelled a few days later. She let me know they had already extended an offer to another candidate. At least they didn't waste my time with a second interview but it would've been great to actually complete the interview process, rather then their method of not giving qualified applicants a chance at all.
