Interview
Met with a number of people including HR, then assistants, then one of the partners I would be supporting. I had to go back at least 3 times, though I forget the exact number of times. Everyone was nice and really just wanted to get an idea of what I was about.
2 interviews, first with other EAs. You will do a test to see how quickly you can resolve scheduling and travel. Second interview is with an EA manager and HR

I applied online, the process took 5 minutes. HR just confirmed the information. She was extremely rude and unprofessional, and didn't give me a chance even to describe my job experience. Felt awkward for such a company.
