Interview
The recruiter contacted me asked some questions such as why do you want to move to the Netherlands, day-to-day work, the last project, and ... Immediately after the interview, he sent me a project to work on it. I had one week to complete it. After sending the solution, He contacted me again and give me some feedback from the technical people, and scheduled a technical appointment. I was interviewed by two positive people, I feel calm during the interview. The last step was a manager interview focusing on culture fit, communication skills, mentoring, coaching, ... It was one of the best interviews I have ever had, because they were friendly and we laughed a lot during that time :)

The question was focused on Java, Collections in Java, Performance, and security? For example, What did you use Map as the data structure for this part of your solution? what is the difference between HashMap and TreeMap?

Interview
First there was a call with an HR person. Next step was the interview with a manager. It was a short one, but very professional and to the point. The main focus was on how I would potentially fit the team and what are the specifics of the company and the Polish office. Finally there was a technical interview. First questions were more soft-skills ones, then a technical part that was mostly reviewing or completing existing code with additional questions. The interviewer was very friendly with a helpful approach.
