I have to say this was one of the best interview processes I have undertaken in over 20 years. The provision of a coach through the process and the ability of undertaking a role play session with senior management within the business along with multiple meetings not only gave me the ability to showcase myself but also learn a huge amount about Backbase during the journey. I would say the interview process was difficult only to recognise the work needed in preparation, but i personally think effort should be applied to something you see value in.
