Easy, they literally read questions off a sheet to you, probably because they had to google "good interview questions" 5 minutes before you walk in. It's a couple of random employees and maybe a supervisor controlling the whole thing, you mainly only get a job here if you know someone so they can benefit off the employee referral program.
