Two rounds of interview, the first one being motivational and including brain-teaser questions, and the second being more technical and focused on the concepts that one must fully understand to be able to work in this business. The first interview was carried out by two more senior employees within the division, while the second one was carried out by an Analyst and an Associate with whom I would have had to work.
