Interview
I was referred from existing employee for the position, sent the resume to HR, got a phone interview with HR manager, and finally interviewed face to face with a partner.
As this was not a part of normal graduate program employment but was more like experienced graduate employment with commercial background, I was calling this interview may not be like your normal procedure of graduate program.
The interview and hiring process may not be the same for all business lines within the firm rather it mainly depends on who your partners to be.
The interview process was great. The environment was calming and the interviewers made the interviewing process easy and comfortable. Even though a lot of questions asked during the interview. The interview process went on for about an hour.

Interview
Applied online through GradAustralia and then was offered the opportunity for an online interview. Consisted of 5 questions. Mostly behavioural based. You get the question and then two chances of a recording for submission. Basic interview and behavioural based questions.
