Interview
Ich wurde vom Headhunter kontaktiert. Die Termin für das erstes Gespräch kam ziemlich schnell. Das Gespräch war auf 2 teile geteilt und es waren 2 einzelne Gespräche. Es gab 2 Fallbeispiele aus dem Alltags heraus die gelöst werden müssen.
Allerdings muss man wissen dass die erste runde quasi ein Peer interview ist und es kann hier Interviewern geben die nicht so erfahren mit Interview Etiquettes sind. Insbesondere, fand ich mein 1. Interviewer ziemlich Arrogant und ich wurde ständig unterbrochen. Trotzdem fand ich die Fallbeispiele interessant.
Die Firma ist ein Tochterunternehmen des BCG's und hat einen guten Ruf auf dem Markt.

Insgesamt Gespräche mit 4 verschieben Mitarbeitenden auf verschiedenen Levels, alle Gespräche sehr wertschätzend aber auch fordernd inhaltlich bei den Case Studies, durchgehend Kontakt mit Recruitern mit Feedback über Prozess etc.

I had a screening call with a manager and a case study interview with a senior consultant. My case study interview was rescheduled twice. Although HR was transparent about the reasons for rescheduling, I perceived it as a red flag regarding the company's internal organization. Ultimately, I was interviewed by a senior consultant with half my years of experience, whose comments not only indicated a lack of experience but also did not reflect well on the company culture. Following that interview, I decided to withdraw from the hiring process.
