Let me cut to the chase in the event you don't feel like you want to read any further: *pass on this interview request* Pass. In case you want the full story: you have a phone interview with a very pleasant person. After that, you go on-site to their office. Their office looks like the absolute cheapest space they could possibly find. It's in the middle of this industrial park near the freeway. It's about as bad as you can get. You will then meet some other pleasant, skilled engineers who will shoot some pretty advanced, but fair questions at you. Next you will be introduced to "The Boston Consulting Group Corporate" in Manhattan Beach, CA. Everything you've been told about what and whom BCG DV is will now get thrown out the window. You will now be introduced to people who treat you atrociously. This should tell you everything. The treatment from the Manhattan Beach people is *so bad.* Their HR department takes the cake for worst HR department I've ever encountered in my career. They are thoughtless, rude, curt, mean and utterly unapologetic about this attitude.
