The interview process was very straight forward and covered all aspects of the job. It primarily focused on customer service skills, team building, and problem solving. I left knowing what would be expected of me on a day-to-day basis.

What is your experience with handling confidential client information?
very easy interview, asked basic behavioral questions. The interview process was scheduled for 45 minutes, and the first 15 minutes you will complete a test on math and interaction scenarios.
The interview was pretty easygoing, they asked very basic customer service questions along with some cash handling and sales questions. The interviewer who was the manager for the branch was nice and friendly.
