Interview
I went through 6 phone interviews which were around 30 mins each - it was nice to get to know the team and an opportunity for them to get to know me. There was also a test on Excel and I was asked a few questions on that once I turned it in.

Interview
Long process - Two 45 - 60 min phone interviews with consultants, one on-site interview with two VP, one analyst, one follow up phone interview. Some questions would be overlapped during different interviews, but interviewers are all nice and patient.

Interview
The interview process at BAV was longer than I expected. It went on for almost two months. The phone interviews went on with a lot of people, followed by in person meetings and presentations as well. It was lovely to get a chance to visit the office before joining. Gave a sense of the culture there.
