As an intern applying to this position as a Freshman, the interview was not every complicated in nature. The interviewer gives a run down of the position and what your responsibilities will be. The interviewer will determine if you are a good fit by how you show interest in the position and if your skills are a good fit for the position. Make sure to ask good questions and show enthusiasm when you speak!

Interview
One round panel with current Industrial Engineer and Hiring Manager. Behavioral, background, interest in defense, and one technical problem at the end. Very kind individuals, did not require that you know the industry well but showing an interest and any understanding of manufacturing on top of working in defense was what they wanted to hear.

Online interview, over webcam. very relaxed interview, showed interest in my hobbies and genuinely cared about placing me in the best possible position based on my interests and education. I have genuinely enjoyed the environment in my time working here
