Online interview, over webcam. very relaxed interview, showed interest in my hobbies and genuinely cared about placing me in the best possible position based on my interests and education. I have genuinely enjoyed the environment in my time working here

Interview
One round panel with current Industrial Engineer and Hiring Manager. Behavioral, background, interest in defense, and one technical problem at the end. Very kind individuals, did not require that you know the industry well but showing an interest and any understanding of manufacturing on top of working in defense was what they wanted to hear.
