First call is screening call with behavioral questions
Second call with Lab manager + team lead- more behavioral situational questions about your experience especially in a lab
Third was in-person technical interview using the equipment (the position was super entry level as long as you showed interest and asked questions you should be good!)

1 phone interview, 1 virtual interview. They asked roughly the type of questions you would expect from a lab technician interview. You are not expected to know everything, but they will pay attention to if your answers make sense.
