Interviewer did not ask questions that helped me understand the position. There was a lot of vague discussion about company history, but minimal feedback. Asked a lot about company values. Be knowledge about values and alignment.

Interview
Round 1 : HR : had a conversation about the role, salary and job location which i clearly clarified scottsdale and hr agreed on it. Also i gave my range too in the early round
Round 2: senior network engineer general understanding about my background and what the role is offering
Round 3: back to back 3 , 30 mins rounds
3.1 : one cloud engineer and one network engineer , regular questions felt there infrastructure is so outdated and they are looking for someone to fix it, manage it
3.2 safe questions the engineers interviewed me didn’t know much about cloud.
3.3 the manager was good and he recently joined. He got good experience.
Round 4 : interview with director. Chill guy but gave me some clue that you should be in boston thats what manager wants but lets see.
Offer stage : got the offer and failed at both negotiations and location.
They posted the location for both scotsdale and boston then why pushing the candidate for boston. Remove the scotsdale location in the first place. Organization mess they are into. Not a very good experience i had after so many interviews.
Clarify these points if you are interviewing for this role. They are not very responsive and extremely not very clear about the role itself
