It is a friendly and welcoming process. Interviews with different stakeholders and project presentation at the end. Definitely an unique process and gives the candidate a chance to get to know Axis in a different level.

Great people culture in HR team. Interview questions not only focus on ur competency but also on what u want as a person and whether the role fit ur long term development. Interaction with HR is also very warm and caring with detailed phone call feedback within a promised decent timeline of 2 weeks.
1st contacted via phone by a non-HR colleague for a quick check in
2nd round onsite with Tech Lead (Biz Dept) who the BP role will work closely with.
3rd round remote with HRBP mngr in Sweden and HRBP peer in HK.
I was told after the interview that the team will screen more candidates within 2 weeks and decide whether to proceed and there could be more presentation assignment before one last round. Sadly, in 2 weeks HR reached out that they has decided to move forward with another candidate with more solid experience in Payroll and Legal.

Competency question: Case sharing questions mostly focused on how did u identify and fulfill biz needs and any case the stakeholder r not willing to compromise. Did u hav experience in payroll and legal on the operation side?
Compatibility question: why did u want to become a HR? What is ur weakness and strength for this role and what support/ training do u need from the team to better land in this HRBP role.
