I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Axis Communications (Chelmsford, MA) in Mar 2014
Interview
All I can say is it was a waste of time. I was first contacted by Axis to do a technical phone screening with them which lasted about an hour. The next day they called me for another technical phone interview which also lasted an hour. After that the technical recruiter told me that I will be brought in for a face to face interview. There I met the Team leads, one senior engineer and the managers. It lasted 3 and half hours. I passed. They sent me a written communications test. I responded on the same day. It took them another 3 days to reply and tell I have been chosen to go on a final interview. Another 3 and half hours. I met the director, and the same people again, plus more senior engineers. Then they didn't respond to any of my e-mails. I was told they will respond within a week. It took them more than two weeks to come back to me. This time it was an automated e-mail, sent at 03:00 AM telling me I wasn't fit for the job. Bear in mind that the director told me I aced the technical interview and they all seemed impressed with me. They even gave me their benefits package and took me on tour for their place. The company from outside seemed good and the people there seemed happy. The only thing I didn't like is how I was treated like an expandable object.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions were easy if you know your stuff. They put more value on customer service skills than technical skills. Focus on Port Forwarding questions and some questions about IP/Subnetting and getting to know how to get a new IP on a windows device and you'll be fine.

Very professional and well planned, you will get the change to see different Specialist, Team Leads and Managers over the course of the interview process and get the chance to talk about your expectations and what value you will add to the team.
Thank you for the positive review. Axis truly appreciates the time you took to write the detailed note. Congratulations on making it in our thorough interview process and we look forward to having you here with us for many more years to come!
