They are difficult people to talk with.
Team will expect a lot from you and mostly out of box questions.
I feel work culture is not that great.
They expect you should know everything related to insurance.

What is the role of under writer in insurance domain.
Interview process is smooth. HR gave accurate timing for all the stages and got back to me. Hiring Manager was very friendly. They asked a mix of behavioural and technical questions.

At the first round interview, I was told to talk to a machine. I'm not very good at talking to a machine. I rather have a real person instead on google meet or zoom. I'm better interacting with real people.
