The interview process included: HR screen → Hiring Manager → Director → VP → Case Study (Panel). It was a negative experience, similar to what others expressed here - process took way longer than it should of, multiple reschedules, no shows, some interviewers appeared unprepared for the case study conversation. Interactions with senior leadership did not reflect the level of interview professionalism I would expect at that level. The company seems very disorganized - even for a small, early phase start-up.
