Was ghosted by recruiter multiple times, we would have a great conversation and I would complete 1-2 rounds of interviews and then wouldn't hear back. She would reach out again a few months later and do the exact same thing
Interview process lasted for about 2 weeks, interviewed with a recruiter then a supervisor (2 interviews), then one more. All in all, not too hard. If you have the experience and you're a fit, you will do well.
Recruiter reached out to set up initial call and salary requirements. After agreeing upon my initial range and that it would be a good fit, the recruiter set me up to meet with a HM in person. The HM and I discussed behavioral and background questions, as well as open roles on the team that would align and their staffing needs. He then told me that my range was a bit high for them and would have to see if they could adjust funds. I followed up with the recruiter to discuss compensation and he had not conducted due diligence on his end to give me numbers for any of the roles discussed. Overall it seemed like smoke and mirrors.
