A recrutadora entrou em contato através do LinkedIn e agendamos uma conversa por telefone. É uma conversar de meia hora sobre background profissional, etc. Me enviaram um teste online e disseram que após o teste, eu recebia um feedback no máximo até o dia seguinte. Esperei em torno de uma semana sem retorno e quando entrei em contato solicitando um feedback sobre a avaliação, a recrutadora enviou um daqueles e-mails padrão "optamos por outro candidato".

1h e 30 de perguntas e live coding com dois desenvolvedores da empresa. Perguntas relacionadas à boas práticas no desenvolvimento de software (SOLID, TDD, KISS, DRY), Java e Spring (claro). Entrevista bem tranquila, toda em inglês.

Question 1

1 - O que é o String Pool? 2 - Diferenças entre List e ArrayList, HashMap e Map, Integer e int.. etc 3 - Diferença entre Feign e Eager no Hibernate. 4 - Principios SOLID com direito a refatorar o código proposto. 5 - Já trabalhou com quais frameworks de testes? 6 - O que são os métodos hashCode, equals e toString? Pra que servem? Implemente-os. São as que estou lembrado.

The recruiter found me on LinkedIn. The process consisted of three parts, phone interview, online tests and technical interview. The whole process took about 8 weeks. In this time the recruiters were always helpful and present, by the time the Interview process ended I was already feeling part of the team.
