selection process had two phases aptitude ,technical interview the first the will mcq of 30 aptitude, and 30 technical , after shortlist they will conduct personal interview one to one in they ask related to programming questions and ask to write program

Interview
first round was written test . all the questions were basics.. test consits of aptitude(basics), networking, oops, linux. it was very easy for me. i cleared my first round. second round was technical. 2 HRs check your communication skills . they ask about some basic problems how you handled it. they check your behavior and how you react in that situation. i did my best in this round but i dont know why they have shortlisted me. 3rd round was technical round.
