I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Avantor in Sept 2020
Interview
The interviewers were very nice and every understanding and patient during our online interview as I had audio/sound issues at the very beginning.
The initial interview was about 45 minutes and mostly asked about my cv and some general questions on team-work, why I want to work there, etc.
Second interview was about an hour or so with the same interviewers plus another person from the company for which Avantor was subcontracting. This interview was a bit more indepth on my experience and a general discussion of what the role would involve.
