The initial interview phase was conducted over Skype. I interviewed with the head of the department instead of an hr representative the first round. For the most part, the interview questions were fairly strait forward and felt more like a professional dialogue rather than an instance of being "grilled." Ultimately, I wasn't invited to the next in office interview round, but overall I had a position experience interviewing with this company.
