I applied for this position and got an email from HR the next day wanting to set up a phone screen. We had the phone screen and it went well— most of it was HR telling me about the position and having me explain my background. At the end of the interview, she said she was going to send me a link to an aptitude test and a personality test and to take it within 3 days. You had to be on video talking both of the tests and send it when you were done. The test had 50 questions and I believe you only have 15 minutes (no calculator allowed). The test is supposed to measure your problem solving skills and your ability to think under pressure. It was very difficult and some of the questions were absurd. I heard back that I didn’t make it to the next potion of the interview, so I am assuming I didn’t pass a pointless aptitude test that asked me which odd shape came next in the sequence. I was perfectly qualified for the job, but I’ll never get a shot to show it.
