The interview process took over 3 months for four interviews.
Some interviews were re-scheduled last minutes. HR and the hiring managers had a completely different pay range for the jobs.

Tell me a time where the engineering team and the platform capability time were not aligned. How did you managed the situation, what was your approach and how did you improved alignement over time?
