Really surprised the interviewer's was very rude and picky attitude. And I told him that I am not interested in your company, then the end of the interview he said do you know anyone interested in this position.

Recruiter screen was very informative and the process was quick. Then I met the hiring manager and 3 other people from the team. Got great insights into the company and culture.
People generally nice, but process very messy.
TA leader in Germany cancelled interview twice - 1) 15 mins before 2) 45 mins before when rescheduled. Suggests they dont care much about candidate experience.
