I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Autodesk (San Francisco, CA) in Aug 2019
Interview
Overall Interview process was pretty much industry standard, First video call via zoom with the hiring manager and the conversation was regarding overall experience relevant to the role and behavioral questions in star approach. Second one was onsite interview, met different people playing different role in the team and conversation was more behavioral then one on one with hiring manager again to discuss more about the job responsibilities in detail and technical challenges in sql. One final online technical round in sql with different team to solve some of the sql challenges
I felt the overall process was very smooth and everyone did liked me, but somehow i didn't get any update on the process till date and its been close to a month since i attended the onsite interview. I did several follow ups with hiring manager and HR , but not luck. As a candidate i deserve to know the update irrespective of the outcome. I believe in a professional environment its a basic courtesy for the employers to keep the interview process as much as transparent with the employees in order to avoid such negative experiences.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Autodesk (San Francisco, CA) in Sept 2019
Interview
Multiple steps in the interview. I thought my interview went well but then there was no call back from them, except on insistence that they have not selected me. On asking, What areas I lacked so I can better prepare next time no reply came. I felt they could have been more professional
