There were total 5 rounds of interviews scheduled for a Software Engineer roles. These interviewers want a coding chatbot instead of a live human Engineer. If you try to attempt a question asked in the interview, your thinking should be 100% correct or else they think that you need lot of support to be successful at a small scale startup like Authmind. These founders themselves don't understand their roadmap, they tell that there is no roadmap and you need to be agile in the company process.

Question 1
This is the most pathetic interview I attended, the interviewer was not had a clue on the area in which the questions should be asked.
typically the data engineering interview will talk about the data ingestions, data processing experince and optimization, data qulity and consistency, and n number so on and so forth. but here the interviewer chose to ask random questions like how entrycption works, how SSL works etc.

First round with devops guy Second with Backend guy (surprised). Both went well, but backend guy rejected me giving false feedback. How can a backend guy interview a devops engineer? By asking questions from google?
