Overall easy. Phone screen, then in person interview to meet with the practice manager, the assistant practice manager. Focus was on behavioral questions. Questions such as how would you handle an upset patient, what experience with customer service do you have, why are you interested in this role, what motivates you, why primary care/internal medicine/pediatrics. Only 1 technical question of how I would respond if a patient lost consciousness. Called back 1 more time to meet with 2 doctors to see who I would be a good fit to work with.
