Interview
I applied for their nonprofit, Atrius Health Equity Foundation. By far one of the worst interview processes I have ever been through. The entire Foundation is an incredibly small team (5 people). After my initial Zoom interview with the President, they took a month to reach back out to schedule an in-person interview at a work bar. That interview was horrible. All 5 people took turns asking me extremely odd questions that had nothing to do with the job posting. 2 of the 5 employees had rude, smug looks on their faces and made me feel very uncomfortable. I never felt like stepping out of an interview until then. The President promised that she would communicate updates with me within 2 weeks. I sent an email 3 weeks later, and it was outright ignored. 3 months later, they sent a generic rejection email.
I am glad, because I dodged a bullet.

Interview
I interviewed for a position at their Health foundation, starting with an initial phone screening followed up by a video conference. The whole process took almost a months time, with significant wait due to a lack of communication on their end. In the end they did not reach out after I interviewed for them over Zoom and I had to reach out for them to confirm I did not get the position.
