Applied and got opportunity to do virtual interview in a week. Zoom interview lasted for about 15 mins. Easy questions. Offer back in a day. And needed to update for nclex day to start the orientation

Recruiter was timely and responsive to application put in. Interviewing was easy with a peer team and supervisor 1 on 1. Both interviews were 30 mins. They were personable and answered all questions.

Initial virtual interview for LCH 11 (peds hem/onc) with the floor manager lasted about 45 minutes. Easy interview, lots of information provided about the job. Then followed up with a shadow date to see the flow of the floor.

Easy virtual interview process, met hiring manager on teams and very basic questions about experience etc. After I was hired I then met the manager in person and went over pay etc.
