The interview was pretty straight forward with very basic troubleshooting questions. General questions about helping a user with office products or navigating through an application. You really just need to know basic tasks like how to reset Internet Explorer. Also how to reset passwords in Active Directory. The role its self is extremely easy if your the type of person that helps family/friends on how to use their computers.
