Interview
I applied online to the position and they arranged an online HR interview. It went great, HR was super friendly and I felt like it is a nice fit for both sides. Then I got the coding task and I couldn’t pass the case study phase.
Interestingly and unfortunately, I realized that the company doesn’t have any female software engineers in their team. I followed it almost 2 years but they always welcome the male engineer newcomers. I don’t know why….
