Interview
There’s three parts to the interview process. The first part you talk with one of the CEOs and that determines what side/team you are on. If you’re interviewing with Nathan, you’re more likely to quit. Everyone you interview with doesn’t tell you everything you need to know. The girl I interviewed with never mentioned anything about traveling hours away to your retail location. She took me to the closest Walmart and said that I’d be here every day.

This gives our team and the candidate plenty of time to get to know one another and to ask questions. Transparency is key to building a strong team! We are saddened by your comment about our CEO, Nathan. He is a great leader and your comment was made with no information regarding his character since you never worked with our company.
