Interview
Submitted application and called to confirm receipt after about a week. Asked to come in for an interview the next day after calling to confirm receipt. Told to dress casual for the interview. The interview was held with the store director and customer support manager in the back office. They read formal questions from a sheet. The questions were about five pages long. They also elaborated on their expectations and how they lead the store. The questions were easy. I was offered the job on the spot at the end of the interview and started orientation just a few days later.

How do you like to be rewarded for a job well done?
Applied online and got a call back after a month for an interview which wasn’t difficult at all. The interviewer was the store manager, and they were extremely kind and made me feel comfortable. We talked a little about strengths and weaknesses, teamwork ability and past experiences dealing with customers.

Interview
I went in dressed well, immediately received a hand shake from other team members then went to the managers office to conduct my interview. I answered all questions, was asked if I had any questions and then received a start date.
