Interview
It was very unprofessional. Took me back to the office, which is located in the break room area, didn’t even bother to close the door. There were 2 associates trying to enjoy their break, but couldn’t because the interviewer was talking loud enough for them to hear every word. He had a hard time finding my application/resume from Indeed, as there were many across the desk. He then said I came in at the wrong day/time, which I didn’t we had just spoken less than 24 hours ago. I was told about the job, then asked if I had any questions, I had a few. No questions were asked of me.
Long takes time be patient they will get back to you . Dm has all the decision making you might meet with someone who has the same position. Location usually in a store

Interview
I was contacted by a Store Director (store manager) via email shortly after applying. We set up the interview, but when I showed up, there were two store directors in the room to meet with me. Both of their locations needed a store manager (assistant manager). One of the store directors asked really good questions and was professional. The other store director just sat back and was messing with his phone a lot. He criticized his company quite a bit, which I found to be odd. He was also rude and condescending. Later, an offer was made over the phone, but it was on the very low end of their pay scale and they told me that I would be working a minimum of 55 hours salary. The compensation just wasn't going to be worth it.
