Very informal and comfortable with the manager on duty and showed me the whole store. He went over several basic questions. We did get interrupted quite a bit but he said that was because of an open door policy
The interview process wasn't long. Standard interview questions. As opposed to what would you do in this situation? How are you with diversity? Was hired the day I went in for interview and started onboard training in less then a week.

Interview
It was 10 minutes long. Mainly focused on my weekly availability to work. Did not end up accepting job offer because of school conflict. They were looking for some one to work mornings, which is when I had school. Overall easy interview.
