HR interview, hiring manager screening interview, and final interview with directors, process was typical as any other big companies. Process took about 2 to 3 weeks but the initial phone call was very quick within 2 to 3 days after applying for the position.
The interview process was very straightforward and well-structured. It mainly consisted of two parts: technical questions focused on programming and data analysis, and general questions regarding my previous work experience. What stood out the most was the incredibly pleasant and supportive atmosphere. The interviewers made sure I felt comfortable, turning what is usually a stressful situation into a great, collaborative conversation.
