Applied through an employee referral.
Stages:
1. Task to review the document + answer procurement-related questions
2. Interview with a hiring manager and HR
-Your experience, expectations, plans
-Industry, company understanding
-behavioral and case questions
*Questions were reasonable and sensible. No weird checking on "book knowledge/frameworks/terminology".
*It wasn't easy though, required a lot of work case preparation and analysis to answer the questions, quite intense
*1,5 weeks from applying till the offer
*very fast decision-making process, no time wasted
*honest overview of the role and career opportunities from the hiring manager with prons and cons to check the fit for the role from both sides
*HR was very helpful - sent the presentation for the interview-what to expect, how to prepare (not a general paper, very useful). Explained what to expect in terms of equipment delivery, benefits, etc. Called many times to make sure I was happy and understood everything. Sent SMS if I didn't pick up my phone.
