How does your prior experience relate to this position?
The interview was a 2 part process. The 1st interview was with HR over the phone. The 2nd interview was with the Department Director and Manager over Zoom. After the 2nd interview, I quickly received a call from HR with an offer!

The company was quick to get with me for an hour long phone screening. They were very thorough with what the job entailed. Then I had two interviews in person within 1.5 weeks. They were very transparent about what the job would entail. I met with the CEO of the nonprofit I'd be working for.
