The overall experience was one of the few negative ones I had ever encountered. Firstly I had been asked a few questions over an email then had a call with the Head of CRM , then I was given a task and had the next interview with the HR. She asked me to get references since the company recruiter was on sick and she also asked me if we discussed wages and I replied no. The job was for a client of theirs so there was only one interview left. Before starting the get the references, I spoke with their recruiter about the wage. First they ask you for your salary expectation, d then after all that process you get to know they only offer much less. There was a 6k difference between their lowest offer and my lowest expectation. I believe just like they ask you the first question about salary expectation they should be clear what wages they offer. Anyways, I decided to proceed and sent the references,. After less than 12 hrs the recruiter was running after me to call my ex employers... which was not fair as both references are Managing Directors which are very busy so I was not going to call them to push them get my references done after a couple of hours only. Long story short she received references and ghosted me for a week. After a week she replied they are going to move forward with another candidate. I asked for feedback since I deserved to know after all that process and also being asked for references.. And guess what .. they didn't even bother to reply. Aspire global.. asking for references should be the very last stage and the least you could do is provide an honest feedback and some respect.
