I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Asoria Group (London, England)
Interview
Lots of prior communication. Had the interview in a few stages. It all happened relatively fast which is always good. You get feedback after the interview which is nice not many companies offer that. That said take the feedback with a grain of salt. I was told I was more of a resourcer than a 360 recruiter so I wasn’t offered the Job. They said I answered all the questions well my best guess is that I was compared to a few of the recruiters they had as one of the interviewers mentioned I was soft spoken. Reason why I said take the feedback with a grain of salt is the same day I got my feedback email from them was the same day I got my job offer! from my current employer. The pay is way better and it is a sales job with way less hours (going off some of the reviews) I went to a sales talk not too long ago and something was said that struck me, it’s the reason why I wanted to leave this review really. ‘People buy from people they like’ sales at the end of the day is all about building a relationship with whoever you’re speaking with as long as you can do that you’ll be fine. Now I’m competing on a high level with people who have held my role way longer than I have. Enjoy your interview it will be nice but take that feedback with a grain of salt!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
If you had ‘insert actual monetary figure here’ what will you spend it on?
I was contacted via email after they viewed my CV on graduate jobs. I then called them up to schedule an interview. They were quite understanding about my university schedule and worked around my availability.
Had a 1:1 interview with the head of HR and then one of the directors on the same day. They got back to me swiftly (the next day). Unfortunately no offer but a positive experience.
Great office space as well

Question 1
If you were given £100 000 what would you spend it on?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Asoria Group (London, England)
Interview
I was interviewed by different people, all of them were friendly and I enjoyed my time.
We went through the specifics of the job and I had the chance to ask questions. The office and the environment seemed positive and the company seems to care about the formation of their people.
