It was started with a phone call from HR (Raginee in my case). She did not directly jump on being inquisitive about my profile n the opening.
She patiently explained everything about ash software and Villa plus. How their business works! Then we moved along the opportunity. It was really nice experience that it also had personal touch rather than most mechanical processes.
Then she scheduled first screening round may b on the next day (as I was okay with it). We had a screening round which was also very general. Questions about how my usual day goes in office. Challenges faced and basics.
Then there was a PI round. I would rate it difficult level 7-8/10. It was not very difficult and not that easy.
But focus on basics.
After clearing that in an hour there was PM behavioural round. It was very basic questioning about how agile works and my opinion about the over system and approach towards solving problems.
Once I cleared that there was a HR discussion with Subhash. We happen to speak over phone for more than 40 minutes. We discussed lot about the work.. culture.. business.. and also family. He also told me about his journey and family. It was really good.
I have never written any review for interview process. But Ash is worth it.
Its not mechanical.. people actually care about you and ready to listen to you and understand your problems.
They released offer next day of Hr discussion.
And I did not have say a word about negotiation.. I got more than what I asked for.
