The interview was conducted with the Mobile Team Lead and Flutter Team Lead. The interview questions were easy, but I noticed that there was little communication and the team did not show any enthusiasm during the interview, which made the interview feel like a routine. Unfortunately, I did not receive a clear explanation of why I was rejected or any tips for improving my performance in the future.
