Interview
Interview process was quite engaging, fluid and swift. Unlike other companies wherein the interview stages and result declaration might have long periods of delay/gaps, Aryng actually takes care of respecting everyone's time. This was the highlight of the entire process. All the interviewers were extremely welcoming and would make one feel comfortable, instead of being intimidating or looking down upon you as a candidate. All the discussions were quite transparent.

How will you make an impact! Driving impact is a part of the core philosophy here, work-wise. There were many case-studies, and real life scenarios too. Assessments and Problem Solving interviews are also conducted. The entire hiring approach is interesting and efficiently effective as emphasis is not just on skill match, but also on cultural fitment match.
