I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Arrive Logistics (Austin, TX) in Mar 2017
Interview
It was very simple, 2 phone screenings plus a personality compatibility online survey. After that I was invited to an office visit, they make you shadow a broker on the client sales part first and then move you to the carriers sale side and shadow someone from there. After that you take a test where you have to fill in a map of the US with the abbreviation of the states. Last will be to sit with one of the senior recruiters to go through your resume and personality traits, informal Q&A and very conversational. Last you will meet with the Director of Organizational Development and do the same as with the recruiter.
Be ready to be there for 2 to 3 hours and bring your best game.
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Arrive Logistics (Austin, TX) in Feb 2020
Interview
The interview process was fairly straightforward. Initial call with a recruiter, then 30 minute interview with another recruiter. Then the on-site interview was pretty cool. Got the chance to see the massive building they work in and interview with 3 different managers.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Arrive Logistics (Chicago, IL)
Interview
I applied for this position online. The whole process took 3 weeks. I had an initial phone interview with the recruiting team in Austin, TX going over my past experience. I had a second phone interview with HR from the Chicago office a week later. I was then invited to the Chicago office for an in-person interview a week later. I shadowed a salesperson on both sides of the company, then had an exit interview where I was asked what I learned.

During the 2nd interview you also get to work hands-on within 2 departments seeing which suits you better and vise versa. After working hands-on, you speak with a person who interviews you further. You should get a response (Yes or No) within 2 weeks of the on-site interview.
